Pastor Marvin Barham, D. Min is the Lead Pastor of Jubilee Church International. Pastor Marvin retired from the United States Army as a Major. He served in the Army Corps of Engineers and United States Infantry having completed Airborne and Air Assault Schools as well as Combined Arms Services and Command and General Staff College. He served as a Youth Pastor for over 13 years. He has coached football for POP Warner and the Central Arkansas Youth Football League. He has served on the board for the Officer's Christian Fellowship, Children of Arkansas Loved for a Lifetime (CALL), and Campus Crusade for Christ Military Ministry. Pastor Marvin holds a BA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock; Masters of Religious Education (M.R.E.) and Middle Eastern Studies from the American Institute for Advanced Biblical Studies; a Doctorate of Ministry (D. Min) from Jubilee College International. He is a Fellow in the Oxford Graduate School Society of Scholars; Professor of Hebraic Studies at Kidron Christian College and a member of the Board of Regents. Marvin is also a Professor of Hebraic Studies at Jubilee College International and oversees the Distance Learning program. Marvin is currently working on a Ph.D. of Theology. He has studied Holocaust and Holy Land History under professors from Hebrew University at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. He and his wife Angie have been married for 27 years and have three daughters and two sons.
TROOP CHAPLAIN (Dr. William Tolleson)
Pastors Woody and his wife Claudia Tolleson (Co-Pastors/Elders) love God, His people, and each other. They are ordained pastors and elders of Jubilee International and lead the Jubilee IMPACT teen ministry program. They have many years of experience in singles ministry/divorce recovery, young adults’ ministry, home fellowship leadership, and international missions trips. Together they have oversight over Jubilee Connect Group ministry. Woody is a molecular and cell biologist with the Food and Drug Administration. His research involving food safety and cancer resulted in numerous scientific publications, book chapters, and presentations at national and international scientific conferences.
TROOP MASTER (Mr. Mark Baggett)
Mark is a former BSA Scoutmaster, and a Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow. He was a co-founder of a BSA troop which produced 8 Eagle Scouts in just 8 years. Mark served our nation as an enlisted man in the US military during Desert Shield and Storm. He has also served in numerous leadership positions in his local churches, youth sport teams, youth ministries and drama at churches and community groups over the years. Mark is committed to seeing TLUSA continue its forward momentum as the premier national character development organization for young men and older men living out their calling in Christ. As a member of the Jubilee Church lay-leadership he is passionate about seeing young men learn, develop and step into the Calling each has on their life. Mark met his wife, Dana Lise, while attending Ouachita Baptist University and they have been married for 29 years. They have 1 daughter (BSA Venture Crew Gold, Summer Camp Eco/Con Director and staff for 6 years) and 3 sons (all BSA Eagle Scouts) As a family, the Baggetts enjoy almost any activity outdoors. Mark holds a BA in Communications from Ouachita and minored in Youth Ministry.
COMMITTEE CHAIR (Mr. Drew Coppock)
Drew Coppock is a former BSA Cubmaster, BSA Assistant Scoutmaster, and BSA Order of the Arrow member. As a co-founder of a BSA troop, he assisted in the development and training of 6 Arrow of Light recipients and 8 Eagle Scouts. Drew served in the United States Air Force for a period of 4 years, serving as a crew chief on the proud B-52 Bomber aircraft 0069 out of Carswell AFB, Texas. Drew has been married to his wife Cathy for over 20 years and both serve in various ministries of Jubilee Church International. He is the father of a daughter and two young men and a grandfather of two.
TROOP TREASURER (Mr. Brennan Wells)
Brennan Wells is a member of Jubilee Church International, where he serves in the Legacy 300 Men and Media ministries. He was an advisor for the Pine Bluff High School Gentlemen's Club and has coached youth football in the Central Arkansas Youth Football League. Brennan holds a BA in African and African American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. Brennan and his wife Alysia has been married for 3 years.
GUIDE-ON LEADER (Mr. John Saunders)
John is a certified instructor and third degree black belt in World Youn Ryu. He has been the Head Instructor of Rison Martial Arts and has produced many black belts across a variety of ages during his duration as Head Instructor. He is also an active member of Jubilee Church International and administrates the media ministry and plays guitar and bass on the worship team. John is Graphic Designer working for a local Little Rock company and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with Emphases in Graphic Design, Photography and Studio Art.
ASSISTANT (CLaude Riche)
Claude Riche is the father of three boys and a member of Jubilee Church.
